Intelligent Business Solutions i Norden AB
Intelligent Business Solutions i Norden AB (“iBiz”, “we” or “us”) operates a consulting business in the IT sector and also trades in computer products.
As part of our business, we collect and process information about you – as a customer, partner or supplier. This includes details such as your name, telephone number and email address. In this respect, we have a responsibility to ensure that the data we collect is processed in a secure and reliable manner, always in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”, EU 2016/679) and other relevant provisions, such as national laws and regulations.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable living natural person that can identify a person, directly or indirectly. This includes, for example, their name, telephone number, address, email address and IP address. Personal data also includes factors specific to the physical, economic, cultural or social identity of a person, as well as individual data which in itself does not constitute personal data but which together with other data enables identification as described above.
Personal data processing
Any form of processing of personal data carried out in whole or in part by automated means constitutes processing within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data constitutes processing. Examples may include the transfer of personal data by email, the recording of personal data and the organisation of personal data. In addition, simply storing personal data in itself constitutes a form of processing.
Which personal data is collected
iBiz only collects such personal data as is necessary in relation to the purposes we have specified beforehand (see below for more details). Collection usually takes the form of you providing such data to us of your own free will. We may, however, collect personal data from a third party, public records or other sources.
We mainly collect personal data such as your name, telephone number, email address and billing information.
Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data
iBiz only collects and processes the personal data that is necessary in relation to specific purposes and usually on the basis of your consent. We may, however, process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests, for example in connection with requests for quotations or for marketing purposes. We may also process data in order to comply with our legal obligations under contracts with the customer or a third party or to establish a legal obligation such as administration and invoicing of the customer in connection with assignments. We may also need to process personal data for the purpose of establishing, asserting and defending legal claims in the event of a dispute, for example in connection with the assignment we have performed.
When the company receives job applications, we will process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in administering such applications for potential recruitment. If we wish to store your personal data after the recruitment process has ended, for the purpose of future recruitment, we will obtain your consent for this.
iBiz stores personal data it has recorded for as long as it is needed for the purposes stated above. We then have an obligation to erase it. The storage period may be extended, however, where this is required or permitted by applicable law to which we are subject. This applies, for example, in respect of tax and accounting obligations.
